While we most often build in Kent County, we have served customers with our building expertise in surrounding counties.

To broaden the service to our customers, Mullen Builders began offering quality built modular homes in 1998. These homes offer the advantage of stick built homes constructed in the controlled atmosphere of a production facility. Mullen Builders contracts the delivery, setup, and finishing of your new modular home on your site.
